The ALMS CSC provides subject matter expertise to ALMS Course Managers, Instructors, and Unit Training Managers, to assist in learning and maintaining proficiency in the ALMS.
Responsibilities of the ALMS CSC:
- Test Playability assessment of non-TRADOC Courseware.
- Load TRADOC and non-TRADOC Courseware into the appropriate folder in the Production Repository of the ALMS.
- Contact the proponent Course Manager (CoM) to determine how the course is supposed to “behave” on the ALMS.
- Set up the Course structure in the ALMS.
- Make the Course visible to the Learner in the ALMS Training Catalog.
- Answer Army Training Help Desk (ATHD) tickets dealing with ALMS system problems in playing content .
