This demonstration displays how a soldier can view and interact with training readiness data, including body composition, fitness testing, and weapon qualification, via the Digital Job Book (DJB).
The DJB enables at-a-glance visualization of readiness status as well as functionality to dive deeper into the data on the Individual Training Record (ITR).
ITR Physical Profile
This demonstration displays how ATIS enables leaders and designees to record and manage physical profiles that may affect participation in training events, directly on the Soldier's Individual Training Record (ITR). The functionality enables leaders and designees to view, edit, or delete existing profiles or add a new profile. New profiles may be permanant or temporary and may be specific to a given set of ACFT events. Once a profile is saved, ATIS will automatically recognize the profile and its impact on future ACFT testing events.
NOTE: No private health information (PHI) is recorded as part of profile management.
ITR ACFT Data Entry
This demonstration displays how ATIS enables leaders and designees to record Army Combat Fitness Testing results on a Soldier's Individual training record (ITR). ATIS functionality automatically records the scores and qualification status based on the Soldier's age, gender, and profiles.
ITR Height, Weight, Body Comp
This demonstration displays how ATIS enables leaders and designees to calculate and record body composition assessments, directly on the Soldier's Individual Training Record (ITR). The functionality automatically calculates the Soldier's compliance with the height/weight screening table, based on their age and gender. If the soldier is not compliant, ATIS requires the leader or designee to record tape measurements, which are automatically calculated into a body fat percentage and an overall GO or NO GO.
Individual and Crew Served Weapons
This demonstration displays how ATIS enables leaders and designees to calculate and record body composition assessments, directly on the Soldier's Individual Training Record (ITR). The functionality automatically calculates the Soldier's compliance with the height/weight screening table, based on their age and gender. If the soldier is not compliant, ATIS requires the leader or designee to record tape measurements, which are automatically calculated into a body fat percentage and an overall GO or NO GO.
Record Unit Collective Task
This demonstration displays how ATIS enables leaders and designees to view Training and Evaluation Outline PDFs and record collective task evaluation and assessment. This enables leaders to quickly capture high level evaluation and assessment data (e.g., status, date, evaluator, etc.) on a unit's Unit Training Record (UTR).
Record Unit Collective Task Performance
This demonstration displays how ATIS enables leaders and designees to record collective task performance steps and measures, pulled directly from authoritative Training and Evaluation Outlines. This interface enables more streamlined data capture at the step and measure level, enabling more robust analytic and predictive intelligence for Army Leaders.
Assigning Individual and Mandatory Training
This demonstration displays how a delegated authority would update the attributes, for example the suspense date, of an assigned training. The revision to the assigned training is then displayed in the individual training record (ITR) for every member of the assigned audiance. This functionality enables the delegated authority to quickly manage assigned training for broad audiances.
