ATIS Customer Service Center (CSC)


ATIS CSC provides subject matter expertise to ATIS Learning course managers, instructors, and unit training managers, to assist in learning and maintaining proficiency in ATIS Learning.  

Responsibilities of the CSC:

  • Test playability assessment of non-TRADOC courseware.
  • Load TRADOC and non-TRADOC courseware into the appropriate folder in the production repository of ATIS Learning.
  • Contact the proponent Course Manager (CoM) to determine how the course is supposed to “behave” on ATIS Learning.
  • Set up the course structure in ATIS Learning.
  • Make the course visible to the learner in ATIS Learning training catalog.
  • Answer Army Training Help Desk (ATHD) tickets dealing with ATIS Learning system problems in playing content .
